1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing https://elitebinarytraders.us.cc or any services offered by Elite Binary Traders (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you confirm that you have reviewed, comprehended, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Non-acceptance precludes use of our platform.

Elite Binary Traders delivers specialized offerings including binary options execution, professional account management, API-driven copy trading, and tailored trading education. We do not function as a bank, broker-dealer, registered investment advisor, or licensed financial entity absent explicit designation.
3. Regulatory Disclaimer (Binary Options)
Binary options constitute high-speculation instruments, potentially restricted or regulated per jurisdiction. You bear sole responsibility for ascertaining legality in your locale. Elite Binary Traders disclaims suitability, legality, or availability in any territory. Access from prohibited regions is at your peril.
No assurances of profits, guaranteed yields, or principal safeguarding exist. Trading entails acute risk of total capital forfeiture.
4. Risk Assumption
You affirmatively recognize markets’ volatility and indeterminacy. Historical performance precludes future replication. Authorizing account management or copy trading vests us with execution discretion; you assume unmitigated liability for resultant P&L outcomes.
5. No Advisory Services
All materials—tutorials, strategies, communications—serve exclusively educational and informational roles, excluding financial, investment, legal, or tax counsel.
6. Indemnification
You covenant to indemnify, defend, and absolve Elite Binary Traders, its officers, affiliates, personnel, agents, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses (including attorneys’ fees) stemming from:
- Your service utilization;
- Terms breaches;
- Legal or regulatory infractions;
- Incurred trading losses.
7. Liability Limitation
To law’s maximum extent, Elite Binary Traders disclaims liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, encompassing:
- Profit deprivation;
- Capital erosion;
- Operational disruptions;
- Data compromise;
- Reputational harm.
Aggregate liability shall not surpass fees remitted to us in the prior three (3) months.
8. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Disputes arising hereunder submit first to amicable negotiation. Unresolved matters proceed to binding arbitration by a neutral single arbitrator, whose award concludes all recourse. Parties bear respective costs absent arbitrator directive.
9. Governing Law
These Terms subscribe to the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, eschewing conflicts principles.
10. Suspension & Termination Rights
We retain unilateral discretion to suspend, limit, or terminate access sans notice upon suspected Terms violation, illegality, or fraud.
11. Term Modifications
Elite Binary Traders may amend these Terms unilaterally. Post-amendment continued use evidences consent.
